My experience and interests

I have 18+ years of experience of supporting people in different settings.

I have spent my adult life working in the third sector supporting people with a range of issues including complex mental health, addiction, family issues, bereavement, self harm, suicide, territorialism and domestic abuse.

I am an inclusive practitioner who welcomes diversity.

I am naturally curious and interested which leads me to continue to learn about techniques and theories beyond my initial training, ensuring I offer my clients a considered and knowledgeable service.
