My experience and interests
I have 18+ years of experience of supporting people in different settings.
I have spent my adult life working in the third sector supporting people with a range of issues including complex mental health, addiction, family issues, bereavement, self harm, suicide, territorialism and domestic abuse.
I am an inclusive practitioner who welcomes diversity.
I am naturally curious and interested which leads me to continue to learn about techniques and theories beyond my initial training, ensuring I offer my clients a considered and knowledgeable service.
